How it works 💖

We invite you to apply for one of these volunteer roles. These positions require a minimum commitment of 4 hours a month for 3 months, and they are fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, expand your network, and make a real impact in the community. Whether you’re looking to fulfill volunteer hours, build your resume, or simply want to give back, Montage has a place for you. Choose one of the 3 volunteer tracks:

Social Media Track

Description: If you’re creative, love storytelling, and have a knack for connecting with audiences online, the Social Media track is for you. You’ll help contribute to our social media platforms, create engaging content, and develop strategies to amplify Montage’s message across various digital channels.

Experience Gained: Digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement.

Community Events Track

Description: If you enjoy planning, organizing, and bringing people together, the Community Events track offers a chance to be at the heart of Montage’s outreach efforts. You’ll help plan and execute events that connect people across generations, ensuring they are meaningful, inclusive, and successful.

Experience Gained: Event planning, community outreach, project coordination, and logistics management.

Media Administration Track (Grants, Partnerships, Mentor Platform Setup, News Media)

Description: Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a non-profit thriving? In this track, you'll get to customize your contribution and assist with things like grant writing, building partnerships, setting up our mentor platform, and handling media relations. Your contributions will directly support Montage’s growth and impact.

Experience Gained: Grant writing, partnership development, media relations, project management, and platform setup.

I wouldn't have made it

Through high school and a lot of my formative young adult years without people who poured into me through time, sharing wisdom, and just being present when life felt complicated. That was over 10 years ago, when the rise of teen mental health concerns was not even close to the state it is today. My hope is that women will do life in collaboration and alongside each other. I've met teenagers who have impacted my life in such a special way and become some of my closest friends. My own experience of feeling inadequate to be a mentor but it turning into the biggest gift and feeling of purpose fuels me to bring Montage's vision to life!
